Introduction

Rice is grown in all four provinces of Pakistan, but mainly three Provinces Punjab, Sindh & Balochistan caters the need of not only local consumption but also provides sample exportable surplus for valued foreign exchange earnings of the country.

We, SANA INTERNATIONAL are in rice growing and cultivation in the most fertile part of Sindh. The place is known as Shahdakot, since 1970's mainly involved in fine long grain IRRI-9 and PK-198 aromatic Basmati Rice, both these varieties are world renowned and only grown in this parts of Pakistan, on a fairly large area of land, getting substantial portion of crop for export demand, however paddy is also obtained from other farmers mainly from family owned farmers lands to meet the large business volumes, handling since decades.

Our farming division is fully equipped with long experience of farm methods, selection of quality seed, use of best manure and required pesticides and modern machinery to optimize crop production.



Owner's Profile

SANA INTERNATIONAL formally HAFIZ RICE TRADERS was founded in 1969 by Mr. Hafiz Roshan Ali Sheikh in Shahdakot then district Larkana as paddy grower and rice dealer, lately his son Mr.Abdul Aziz Sheikh through his enterpreneurship lead the company and shifted its Head Office nearest Karachi Sea port, the gateway of Pakistan and entered into selling rice in large parcels to leading rice selling of Pakistan. However, after attaining the top supplier position, the expansion shifted to make an entry into international market, In 1998, through maiden effort entered into export contract with the largest rice buyer of UAE.

Today we have buyers in UAE, Qater, Kuwait, Africa and Malaysia and further seeking Persian Gulf and European markets for quality Basmati and Long Grain Rice under bulk and retail consumer packing with various brands of customers.

Mission and Vision

The core essence of making pure & quality rice is an art having not only flare to make the finest grain selection from the paddy fields but the attain best husking through long experience with combination of traditional and modern methods of drying, removing outer shell, aging brown rice and then finally polishing and high standards grading which makes raw rice stocks source at best. The building of raw rice stocks for seasonal aging in the main objective of SANA INTERNATIONAL in order upgrade quality, honor and fulfill local as well as export commitments in time. We carry substantial stocks for longer period deliveries with uniform quality of buyers brands.
